Reservation terms and conditions

Your reservation is confirmed only when we receive 30% of the total amount by money transfer, postal order or Internet payment using www.paypal.com (the relevant e-mail address in this case is bedandbreakfastcavallino@virgilio.it). The instructions will be given as you make your reservation. In the event of a cancellation, we will return the deposit in full only if you cancel your reservation fifteen days before your arrival day (e.g. arrival day 16th April - cancellation has to be advised by midnight of 1st April). We do not accept credit cards or cheques, so the settlement has to be made in cash. Once you have reserved your accomodation, it is of mutual assistance if you give us your mobile phone number. We are then able to contact you, should it be necessary, and also we like to know your approximate time of arrival.
